What inspired you to become a Mortgage Broker?

What is the best part of being a Mortgage Broker?
Getting an approval or pre-approval for a client and seeing the joy it brings them.
What have you found to be the most challenging aspect?
Adjusting my banking mindset to that of an adviser, plus establishing my own client base after years in institutional banking.
What is your most memorable client experience?
A complex post-separation case involving tornado damage, insurance claims, and builder delays. Despite initial skepticism, I secured approval and completed settlement after nearly a year.

Your best friend.

Connect directly with communities to understand their most pressing needs and priorities.
